One partner agreement
Signed once. It covers every enterprise account you bring onto the rails, now and later.
You already have the engineers and the relationship. SolerWorks adds the one thing the enterprise buyer needs before kickoff: an accountable in-country data processor with its paperwork ready. You stay the vendor. We clear the review.
Who we partner with
SolerWorks is deliberately narrow. It works best when all of the left column is true for you.
A strong fit
Not what we do
Commercial structure
You subscribe to the rails. Your client does not pay SolerWorks anything, and nothing about your contract with them changes.
Signed once. It covers every enterprise account you bring onto the rails, now and later.
Each client account is added with a one-page order form. It carries a one-time onboarding fee and a monthly gateway fee for that account.
SolerWorks invoices your company. Your client pays you as usual. Your engineers’ pay goes from you straight to them, on a monthly statement SolerWorks prepares.
Pricing is set per account and shared on the first call.
Onboarding timeline
Most of the path runs in parallel with your own contracting. The pace is set by how fast your client signs, and the security pack is ready before they ask for it.
Tell us about the account using the form below.
We confirm the fit, walk through the model and share pricing.
You sign once, then add this account with an order form.
Your client receives the audit dossier and signs the data agreement with SolerWorks.
Each engineer completes security onboarding and joins the personnel register.
Your client issues credentials. Your team starts work inside their environment.
Questions partners ask
SolerWorks contracts each engineer in Brazil in its own name and takes care of the local tax and labor compliance. That is what lets your client deal with one accountable entity in Brazil. You bring the engineers, approve who is assigned and lead the work. You also fund their pay, which goes from you straight to each engineer on a monthly statement SolerWorks prepares. Nothing is pooled or held in between.
No. Your client signs a data agreement with SolerWorks at no cost. You pay the gateway fee.
Only on data protection. SolerWorks answers the security questionnaire, signs the data agreement and handles audit and incident communication. The commercial relationship stays entirely yours.
A contained environment for your engineers: a virtual desktop, a VPN or managed devices, with credentials the client issues. That is what makes zero local data possible.
Yes. You can be based anywhere. What matters is that the engineers work from Brazil and the end client is a European enterprise.
SolerWorks runs a seven-step offboarding checklist and issues a signed deletion certificate to your client. You tell us the end date. We handle the record.
Qualify a deal
Ten questions, about three minutes. They tell us whether the rails fit your deal, so the first call is about your client and not about us.
